Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement immediately or issue a full refund — no need to ship the damaged item back. Your child's safety is our top priority, and we stand behind every product we sell.

2. Our team will respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return label (for US/Canada orders)
3. Ship the item back in its original packaging
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days. PayPal refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. If you haven't received your refund after these timeframes, please check with your bank and then contact us.
